Do you have a Shop?
Not at the moment, we're an online company, but our range is stocked at Midlands Fancy Dress in Redditch - see our links section for more detail on where they are. We can also deliver direct to your Circus Club, for you to collect from there. In addition, we trade at several festivals around the UK each summer, Keep your eye on our social media and blog links to find out where.
Payment & Shipping
We accept paypal and credit/debit cards through our website portal. We try to ship same day where possible, but depending on the time we receive the order it may well be the next business day, so please take account of this with regards to when you will receive your order. If you have any queries, please drop us an e-mail through the contact page.
Delivery & Postage
In mainland UK we deliver for free via 2nd class mail (usually about 3 business days, but they quote 3-5). If you're in a hurry, we can delivery via special delivery as long as the order is received by 12pm, just select the option at the checkout.
For deliveries around Europe or for rest of the World we charge varying rates depending on your location. Select from the checkout to see pricing. We can do tracked mail worldwide, but it is more expensive, so we have to charge a premium for it, sorry.
Where's my Stuff?
For small orders, our parcels normally fit through letterboxes, meaning you shouldn't get any parcels held at the post office, but if your delivery hasn't arrived then do check with your local sorting office. If they haven't received it, please drop us an email with your name, date of order and order number and we will do our best to chase it up for you.
Not Happy with your Purchase?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us by email so we can try to resolve the issue. If the item(s) need to be returned for a refund or exchange we will tell you how this can be achieved but please be aware that Leggings need to be unworn, and still in their packing with the labels attached.
Discounts for Clubs
To support the growing UK Circus scene, we offer a discount for members of registered Circus Clubs. This will also default the delivery direct to the club, so you can collect from there. There is no special requirement or payment required from the club in order to register, we just simply need to know who and where they are so we can issue them with their discount code, and arrange their deliveries. Get them to contact us for more info, and once they have the discount code simply add it in the Coupon section at the checkout.
